    This program has been life-changing for me, I don't need to lose weight, but I did need to learn HOW to include lots of raw veggies into my diet. I was astonished that I didn't really have any serious cravings during the Challenge. Your recipes are so delicious, I can see where I may not go back to eating meat--something I never thought I would do. I'm on Day 4 post-Challenge, but I'm still eating mostly as if on the Challenge.
